We are looking for a skilled CAFM Operator to join our Facility Maintenance team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with CAFM systems, work order management, and maintenance reporting. Candidates must be currently based in Riyadh with a valid and transferable Iqama.

???? Requirements:

Experience as a CAFM / Helpdesk / Computer-Aided Facility Management Operator

Strong knowledge of work order creation, scheduling, and closing

Ability to coordinate with technicians and supervisors

Good understanding of maintenance operations (PPM & CM)

Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.)

Must be currently in Riyadh

Valid and transferable Iqama (mandatory)

Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)

???? Responsibilities:

Create, assign, and close work orders in the CAFM system

Update asset information and maintenance logs

Coordinate with site teams to ensure timely completion of tasks

Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports

Track PPM schedules and ensure compliance

Maintain accurate data entry and system housekeeping
