SPA RECEPTIONIST – JOB ROLE
1. Front Desk Management
Welcome guests warmly upon arrival.
Handle check-in and check-out for spa services.
Answer phone calls and respond to enquiries professionally.
Schedule and confirm appointments.
2. Customer Service
Provide information about treatments, therapists, packages, and promotions.
Assist guests in selecting suitable services based on their needs.
Handle guest complaints politely and escalate when required.
3. Administrative Duties
Maintain daily appointment logs and staff schedules.
Manage billing, cash handling, and POS transactions.
Prepare daily reports (appointments, cash, sales).
4. Coordination
Communicate with therapists about guest arrivals and special requests.
Ensure treatment rooms are prepared and guest flow is smooth.
Coordinate towel, robe, and product availability with housekeeping.
5. Product Knowledge & Sales
Promote retail products and spa packages.
Keep updated knowledge of treatments, products, and offers.
6. Cleanliness & Standards
Maintain cleanliness of the reception area.
Ensure spa policies and hygiene standards are followed.
7. Professional Appearance
Follow grooming standards and maintain a calm, welcoming attitude.
