Prepare and cook all menu items according to standard recipes and quality specifications. • Ensure the preparation of specific items, including popular South Asian appetizers like Samosas and Pakoras. • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and workstation at all times. • Monitor stock levels and report any shortages to the kitchen manager. • Adhere strictly to all food hygiene and safety standards. Requirements: • Proven working experience as a Cook or similar role (1-2 years preferred). • Must be proficient in high-volume restaurant cooking. • Candidates who are Pakistani or Bangladeshi nationals are preferred. • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. • Punctuality and reliability are essential.
