Job Brief:

A leading Company in Kingdom of Bahrain is looking to hire a talented Screen printer and Binder with experience

Responsibilities:

• Ability to operate heat transfer machines and experience in heat transferring to all types of materials

• Able to screen print on all types of material like T-shirts, sunshades, pens, mugs, bottles etc

• Able to identify and mix all inks and colours as per the requirement of printing and materials

• Able to handle all work related to screen printing.

• Able to understand the artworks, film and screen making process.

• Examining work orders to determine estimated printing times, ink, and material quantities.

• Designing screen patterns according to customer specifications.

• Selecting screen size, degreasing agents, and emulsion coatings.

• Loading screens into the printer.

• Installing and repositioning screen printing plates and pressure roles.

• Calibrating printer before the batch is printed.

• Running prints and performing quality checks throughout the printing process.

• Troubleshooting problems as they arise.

• Drying, folding, and packing completed articles after the run.

Requirements

• Previous work experience as a screen printer.

• Excellent hand-eye coordination.

• High level of creative and artistic skills.

• Ability to stand for long periods.

• Ability to work with ink and chemicals every day.

• Ability to manually operate large machinery.

Salary Package:

SCREEN PRINTER + Accommodation + Transport + Airfare every 2 years + Medical Insurance.

BINDER + Accommodation + Transport + Airfare every 2 years + Medical Insurance.
