Position: Experienced Baker (Any Nationality)

We’re opening a new Food Takeaway Shop and looking for a friendly, experienced Baker to handle all aspects of production. This is a hands-on position requiring proficiency in both volume baking and detailed pastry work.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake a wide variety of goods, including breads, rolls, cookies, cakes, and other pastries according to established recipes.

• Accurately measure and mix ingredients, operate commercial baking equipment (mixers, ovens, proofers), and monitor baking times.

• Manage inventory, maintain a clean and organized work station, and adhere to strict food safety and sanitation standards.

• Assist in recipe development and quality control to ensure consistency.
