Key Responsibilities: Only Indians
Perform scraping and surface preparation to remove old paint, rust, dirt, and imperfections.
Repair cracks, holes, and uneven surfaces using putty, plaster, or filler.
Mix, match, and prepare paints to achieve the required color and consistency.
Carry out full painting jobs including priming, undercoating, and finishing on walls, ceilings, doors, and metal or wooden surfaces.
Apply paint using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment according to the surface and project requirements.
Ensure proper masking and protection of nearby surfaces, fixtures, and floors before painting.
Inspect painted surfaces for uniform coverage and finish quality, making necessary touch-ups.
Maintain all painting tools and equipment in clean and working condition.
Follow safety procedures while handling paints, thinners, and chemicals.
Work closely with supervisors to meet project timelines and quality standards.
Maintain a clean and organized work area after each job completion.
