Job Title: Admin Officer (Filipino)
Job Purpose:
To provide administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient operation of the Bahrain Division, with strong skills in Microsoft Excel, documentation, and professional email communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and manage reports, spreadsheets, and records using Microsoft Excel.
Draft, review, and send official emails and correspondence in a professional manner.
Maintain and update office files, employee records, and documentation.
Assist with daily administrative operations, scheduling, and coordination.
Support management in report preparation and follow-ups.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and communication.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth office workflow.
Perform general clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and scanning documents.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Nationality: Filipino
Experience: Minimum 2–5 years in administrative or secretarial roles (GCC experience preferred)
Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
Excellent in email drafting and written communication
Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Salary – 200 BD – 250 BD
