VACANCY: DISPATCH SUPERVISOR We are looking for a male Dispatch Supervisor with a strong personality and proven experience in managing food dispatch operations. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and control daily dispatch of all food orders for catering and restaurant operations. Coordinate and manage company and third-party drivers to ensure efficient routing and on-time deliveries. Ensure all orders are accurate, complete, properly packed, labeled, and dispatched without error. Monitor product handling to ensure food safety, hygiene, and temperature control are strictly followed at all times. Oversee loading and unloading processes and ensure vehicles are organized and compliant with standards. Maintain proper documentation, reports, and tracking for all dispatch activities. Coordinate with kitchen, catering, and operations teams to avoid delays, shortages, and mistakes. Handle issues and resolve dispatch-related problems quickly and professionally. Requirements: Male candidate Bilingual (Arabic & English) – spoken and written Strong, confident personality with leadership skills Excellent computer skills (Excel, emails, dispatch/ERP systems, GPS tracking, reports) Previous experience as Dispatch Supervisor / Coordinator in a catering or restaurant company is mandatory Good background in logistics & route planning Strong knowledge of food safety & hygiene standards Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple drivers and orders, and maintain high accuracy How to Apply: Interested candidates may send their updated CV to: e_s_salazar@yahoo.com
