■ Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Equipment Management Manager to oversee the operation, maintenance, and optimization of our company’s equipment and facilities. The ideal candidate will ensure that all equipment is managed efficiently, safely, and cost-effectively, supporting smooth production and project operations.

■ Responsibilities:

– Manage and supervise equipment inventory, maintenance, and repair schedules

– Establish and implement equipment management policies and procedures

– Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure optimal equipment utilization

– Monitor performance data and identify opportunities for improvement

– Manage budgets related to equipment purchase, maintenance, and replacement

– Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations

– Lead and train team members in equipment operation and maintenance best practices

■ Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field (preferred)

– 5+ years of experience in equipment or asset management (managerial experience preferred)

– Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills

– Excellent communication and coordination abilities

– Proficiency in MS Office and equipment management systems

■ Preferences:

Experience in Equipment Management or related industries in Saudi

Excellent communication skills (English, Arabic)
