Candidates must be in India

Job Title: Administrative Manager
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration
Requirements:
– Young professional with 3 years of experience in management
– Ambitious and able to lead a team
– Proficient in English (speaking and writing)
– Familiarity with accounting and administrative software
– Age between 25-28 years
– Presentable and well-groomed
Responsibilities:
1. Administrative Management:
– Supervise daily administrative operations
– Ensure smooth and efficient administrative workflow
– Develop and improve administrative procedures to achieve institutional goals
2. Personnel Affairs:
– Supervise recruitment and appointment processes
– Evaluate employee performance and provide feedback
– Manage human resources and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
– Handle employee matters, including salaries and promotions
3. Financial Management:
– Contribute to preparing the annual budget
– Supervise financial operations, including accounting and auditing
– Ensure compliance with financial regulations and laws
4. Budget Determination:
– Prepare the annual budget
– Determine financial goals
– Analyze costs and revenues
– Provide recommendations to improve financial performance
5. Institutional Development:
– Contribute to developing institutional strategies
– Analyze institutional performance and provide recommendations
– Ensure achievement of institutional goals
6. Accounting Systems, Procedures, and Policies:
– Prepare accounting manual according to international standards
– Prepare monthly and annual financial statements
– Prepare periodic financial reports
– Procurement and payment procedures
– Settlement and reconciliation procedures
– Inventory and asset valuation procedures
– Revenue recognition policy
– Expense recognition policy
– Fixed asset valuation policy
– Train staff on accounting systems and procedures
– Ensure compliance with accounting systems and procedures
– Update accounting systems to ensure compliance with changes in standards
– Conduct internal audits
– Conduct annual financial reviews
– Provide recommendations to improve accounting systems and procedures
7. Follow-up with Procurement and Sales Departments:
– Follow up on procurement and sales processes
– Ensure smooth workflow in procurement and sales departments
– Analyze performance and provide recommendations
– Ensure achievement of goals
8. Reports:
– Provide periodic reports on administrative performance
– Provide reports on personnel and financial matters
