Position- Procurement Specialist/Engineer

Qualification Bachelor Degree/Diploma- Civil (preferred)

KS Experience required- minimum 5 years in purchasing MEP material

Immediate joining-

Transferable iqama

Salary Range- upto 10k

Key Responsibilities:

* Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors during tender

stage.

* Prepare and issue material inquiries, RFQs, and comparison sheets.

* Validate supplier quotations technically and commercially against project

requirements.

* Develop and maintain vendor databases for major materials and systems.

* Support estimation and project control teams in preparing final tender pricing.

* Monitor material market trends, price fluctuations, and lead times.

* Ensure all procurement documentation is aligned with tender submission

requirements.

Core Competencies:

* Strong market awareness of Civil, MEP, and Infrastructure materials.

* Excellent negotiation, coordination, and documentation skills.

* Proficiency in MS Office, ERP, and procurement software systems.

* Capable of multitasking and handling fast-track tender deadlines.
