We are seeking an experienced and results-driven E-Commerce Specialist to manage and grow our online sales channels, including Shopify, Amazon, and Noon etc. The ideal candidate will oversee product listings, pricing, promotions, inventory, customer experience, and digital marketing to drive online sales and brand visibility in Saudi Arabia and GCC markets.

Job Description / Duties

Social Media Platforms -Manage day-to-day operations of Shopify, Amazon, and Noon stores.

Product Listing – Create, update, and optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, images, keywords, pricing).

Logistics Management -Coordinate with suppliers and logistics teams to ensure accurate management and order fulfillment.

Monitor and analyze sales performance, conversion rates, and traffic data to identify growth opportunities.

Run and manage paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, Amazon PPC, Noon Sponsored Ads).

Handle promotions, discounts, and coupons across all platforms.

Customer Reviews

Work with the Social Media team to align store content, visuals, and campaigns with brand strategy.

Prepare weekly/monthly sales and performance reports for management.

Experience

3+ years of experience in social media or digital marketing
