Senior Utilities Technician – Maintains and troubleshoots of chillers, Cooling towers, Pumps, Boilers, and control panels etc.
– Carries-out regular planned preventive maintenance tasks for system or equipment such as Absorption chiller, chilled and cooling water systems, all types of pumps, in accordance with prescribed work procedures & practices.
– Ensures that all reactive & corrective maintenance tasks related to electromechanical systems & controls are performed in conformity with the prescribed work methods, quality standards & safety guidelines.
– Monitors running conditions of various plants & equipment such as temperature, pressure etc. to comply with maintenance requirements of the Section.
– Tests & verifies alarm status of assigned plant and equipment to comply with routine inspection requirements & standards.
– Ensures regular updating & maintenance of plant history, time cards, files & documents.
– Reports significant findings to superior such as mechanical breakdown, alarms etc.
-Checks operational efficiency of chillers, pumps, cooling towers and Boilers.
-Maintains stock of essential spares and parts for immediate restoration of equipment/machinery
– Follows proper safety procedures

• Diploma in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration
• Experience in trouble shooting & repair of chiller and boilers
