Are you meticulous, energetic, and ready to be the crucial link in getting customer orders delivered fast? We are seeking dedicated Fulfillment Center Pickers to join our state-of-the-art warehouse facility in whole over Bahrain.

Your Mission: Order Accuracy & Speed

As a Picker, you will be responsible for the accurate and efficient retrieval of food and beverage items to fulfill customer orders placed through our leading delivery application. Your attention to detail ensures our customers receive exactly what they ordered, every time.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurate Picking: Locate and retrieve food, beverage, and grocery items (including chilled/frozen goods) using handheld scanners or digital devices.

Quality Check: Verify product code, quantity, expiration dates, and condition of items before placing them into preparation bins/totes.

Efficiency: Maintain a fast and consistent pace to meet daily order fulfillment targets.

Inventory Integrity: Report any inventory discrepancies, stock damage, or quality issues immediately.

Organization: Follow established procedures for product handling, rotation (FIFO), and warehouse safety.

Requirements & Skills:

Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or retail environment is an advantage.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy (essential).

Must be physically fit, able to walk, stand for long periods, lift, and carry items up to 15-20 kg.

Basic ability to use handheld scanners and follow digital instructions.

Punctual, reliable, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.

Basic understanding of English.
