Job Summary:
We are seeking an accomplished Sales Manager to lead and expand MTC Gulf’s commercial operations across multiple sectors — including electrical systems, power, ICT & security, mechanical, and construction services. The Sales Manager will be responsible for building the sales team and developing strategic partnerships, driving revenue growth, and overseeing the entire business development process to enhance the company’s market presence in alignment with Saudi Vision 2030.
Responsibilities:
Build, lead, and develop a high-performing sales team capable of achieving company objectives and delivering exceptional client value.
Develop and execute strategic sales and business development plans across MTC Gulf’s key service areas (Electrical Systems, ICT & Security, Construction, O&M, and Heavy Equipment).
Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities across government, semi-government, and private sectors.
Build and sustain long-term client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Lead negotiations, tender processes, and contract finalizations in coordination with technical and commercial teams.
Collaborate closely with engineering, project management, and technical departments to ensure the delivery of integrated, client-focused solutions.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to maintain a strong competitive edge.
Represent the company at exhibitions, conferences, and networking events to promote MTC Gulf’s capabilities and expand its market footprint.
Prepare and present regular sales performance reports and forecasts to senior management.
Uphold company values of quality, safety, and sustainability in all business dealings.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in sales or business development, preferably within the engineering, construction, or energy sectors.
Proven track record of achieving business growth and managing high-value projects or key accounts.
Strong leadership and team-building skills with the ability to inspire performance and accountability.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities.
Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
In-depth understanding of the Saudi market and familiarity with Vision 2030 infrastructure initiatives is preferred.
