A Japan-based company in Saudi Arabia is looking for a proactive and organized Sales Coordinator / HR & Admin Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will support sales operations, assist with HR tasks, and manage day-to-day administrative activities.
Key Responsibilities
• Support the sales team with quotations, follow-ups, and client coordination
• Prepare sales reports and maintain customer records
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, attendance tracking, and employee files
• Handle administrative duties such as filing, scheduling, and office coordination
• Communicate professionally with clients, suppliers, and internal teams
• Support management with assigned tasks
