About the Role:

We are looking for a Production Manager to lead and oversee daily operations in our modern poultry slaughterhouse. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth, efficient, and safe production processes that meet company quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise all stages of poultry processing — from live bird reception to chilling, cutting, and packaging.

Develop and implement production plans to achieve target volumes, yields, and efficiency levels.

Ensure strict adherence to food safety, halal, and quality control standards in coordination with QA and QC teams.

Monitor equipment performance, coordinate maintenance schedules, and minimize downtime.

Train, lead, and motivate production teams to maintain high performance and discipline.

Analyze production data and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives in productivity, cost control, and waste reduction.

Ensure compliance with SFDA, SASO, and other regulatory requirements.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Food Technology, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in poultry or meat processing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.

Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent understanding of production processes, yield management, and equipment operation.

Familiarity with HACCP, ISO 22000, and occupational safety standards.
