Role Purpose: Support the delivery of training and development programmes for the Client Centre Abu Dhabi) employees and stakeholders with the client. ACCOUNTABILITIES: TECHNICAL AND ADMINISTRATIVE Accountability Activities Training Planning • Support the preparation of training delivery plans and schedules. • Maintain training plans and updates. Stakeholder engagement • Document engagement with GovAcademy, learning providers, training institutes and other knowledge partners. • Handle correspondence between Section and stakeholders. Planning • Document goals, targets and KPIs for Section in collaboration with team members. • Support the preparation of Section task and operational plans. • Prepare training delivery plans and schedules and maintain updates and related correspondence. Provider sourcing • Maintain provider information (e.g., prices, instructor profiles, catalogues). • Document correspondence between STI and providers. • Maintain provider-related records. Programme delivery • Support the administration programme delivery and attendance with providers. • Ensure that delivery is documented (e.g., attendance). • Contact trainees, providers and coordinate training delivery. Monitoring and measurement • Document trainee satisfaction with training delivery channels and media. • Maintain records of employer satisfaction with training and learning effectiveness. Procurement and contracts • Assist in the preparation of scopes of work for suppliers. • Document reviews of supplier technical proposals. Strategic • Achieve personal KPIs aligned to strategic KPIs. Financial • Maintain training delivery cost information and supplier price lists. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE Requirements UAE Nationals Education and Certification Requirements Minimum Preferred Bachelor’s degree Bachelor’s degree (HR or Business), CIPD Type of experience • At least two years in a supervisory role • Training experience in Abu Dhabi Government entity • Experience in training delivery and design.
