Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Supervisor to lead our sales team in Dammam. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, and expanding our market presence in the Eastern Province. Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership & Management:

Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Sales Representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Conduct regular team meetings, set daily/weekly targets, and monitor performance.

Organize training sessions to enhance the team’s product knowledge and sales techniques.

Manage schedules, routes, and territory assignments for the sales team.

Sales Strategy & Execution:

– Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate the market and acquire new B2B clients (Wholesalers, Central Markets, Retail Shops).

– Achieve or exceed the agreed-upon sales and revenue targets for the Dammam region.

– Supervising and monitoring collections.

– Resolving collection issues and current and past debts.

– Developing sales growth plans.

– Identify new business opportunities and market trends to drive growth.

– Address and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.

Reporting & Analysis:

Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to the Regional Sales Manager.

Monitor sales metrics and KPIs (e.g., sales volume, customer acquisition, route efficiency).

Analyze market data and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.

Operational Efficiency:

Ensure the team adheres to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.

Manage inventory levels in coordination with the logistics team to prevent stock-outs or overstocking.

Oversee merchandise and product visibility in key customer outlets.

Qualifications and Skills:

– Minimum of 2-5 years of sales experience in the FMCG sector, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team lead role.

– Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and successfully managing a sales team.

– Mandatory: In-depth knowledge of the Dammam market and existing relationships with B2B clients (wholesalers, retailers) is a significant advantage.

– Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

– Strong leadership and people management abilities.

– Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and experience with a CRM system.

Valid Saudi Arabian driving license is required.

إدارة الجداول الزمنية والمسارات وتوزيع المناطق لفريق المبيعات.

استراتيجية المبيعات وتنفيذها:

– وضع وتنفيذ استراتيجيات مبيعات فعالة لاختراق السوق واكتساب عملاء جدد في قطاع الأعمال (B2B) (تجار الجملة، الأسواق المركزية، متاجر التجزئة).

– تحقيق أو تجاوز أهداف المبيعات والإيرادات المتفق عليها لمنطقة الدمام.

– الإشراف على عمليات التحصيل ومراقبتها.

– حل مشاكل التحصيل والديون الحالية والسابقة.

– وضع خطط لنمو المبيعات.

– تحديد فرص الأعمال الجديدة واتجاهات السوق لدفع عجلة النمو.

– معالجة شكاوى العملاء ومشاكلهم وحلها في الوقت المناسب وبطريقة احترافية.

التقارير والتحليل:

إعداد وتقديم تقارير المبيعات اليومية والأسبوعية والشهرية إلى مدير المبيعات الإقليمي.

مراقبة مقاييس المبيعات ومؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية (مثل حجم المبيعات، واكتساب العملاء، وكفاءة المسارات).

تحليل بيانات السوق ونشاط المنافسين لاتخاذ القرارات الاستراتيجية.

الكفاءة التشغيلية:

ضمان التزام الفريق بسياسات الشركة وإجراءاتها ومعاييرها الأخلاقية.

إدارة مستويات المخزون بالتنسيق مع فريق اللوجستيات لمنع نفاد المخزون أو التخزين الزائد.

الإشراف على عرض البضائع والمنتجات في منافذ البيع الرئيسية للعملاء.

المؤهلات والمهارات:

– خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين إلى خمس سنوات في مجال المبيعات في قطاع السلع الاستهلاكية سريعة الاستهلاك، منها سنتان على الأقل في منصب إشرافي أو قائد فريق.

– سجل حافل بتحقيق أهداف المبيعات وتجاوزها، وإدارة فريق مبيعات بنجاح.

إلزامي: تُعدّ المعرفة المتعمقة بسوق الدمام والعلاقات القائمة مع عملاء الأعمال بين الشركات (تجار الجملة والتجزئة) ميزةً أساسية.

– مهارات تواصل وتفاوض وتفاعل شخصية ممتازة.

– قدرات قيادية قوية وإدارة الأفراد.

– إجادة استخدام برامج مايكروسوفت أوفيس (وخاصةً إكسل) وخبرة في نظام إدارة علاقات العملاء (CRM).

يشترط وجود رخصة قيادة سعودية سارية المفعول.
