✅ Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp

• Process room bookings and manage reservation systems

• Provide accurate information on rates, availability, and promotions

• Follow up with clients to close sales

• Coordinate with hotels and internal teams

• Maintain customer records and ensure excellent service

✅ Requirements:

• Previous experience in reservations or sales (preferred)

• Strong communication skills in English ,Arabic/Urdu

• Good computer skills (MS Office & booking platforms)

• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets

• Customer-friendly attitude
