Sales Clerk – The role is to win a new business with clients. Under general supervision of the Sales Manager
– Report administratively and functionally to Operation Manager.
– Employee performs a variety of routine tasks relating to sales.
– Coordinates the requests, Prepare RFQs and send it to the supplier
– Prepare OFFERs documents and send it to the client
– Following up on assign action items.
– Responds to incoming emails and telephone calls; provides information and assistance and refers them to others as needed.
– Liaising with suppliers to check the progress of existing orders.
– Performs other duties as assigned and within the scope of this position
– Answers customer’s questions concerning location, price, and use of merchandise.
– Totals price and tax on merchandise purchased by customer
متطلبات الوظيفة
- Good command of Arabic & English
- Has the ability to work as a team worker.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
