Position Overview:

The Operations Supervisor will oversee the day-to-day operations of the production floor, ensuring that all printing and finishing activities run efficiently, on schedule, and meet our high-quality standards. This role is ideal for a proactive and organized individual with experience in print production and team management.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily printing, finishing, and dispatch operations. Ensure production schedules are met with attention to quality, cost, and efficiency. Lead, train, and motivate production staff to achieve operational excellence. Monitor machine performance and coordinate maintenance to minimize downtime. Enforce safety, quality control, and operational procedures. Work closely with the Operations Manager to plan production capacity, manage resources, and control inventory. Track production KPIs and prepare daily and weekly operational reports. Communicate effectively with sales, design, and logistics teams to ensure smooth workflow.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Operations, Printing Technology, or related field.

Minimum 3–5 years of supervisory experience in a printing or manufacturing environment.

Strong knowledge of offset, digital, and large-format printing processes.

Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP or production management software is an asset.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
