Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accountant to manage all aspects of our financial accounting and reporting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records and will play a key role in our company’s financial health.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all accounting transactions and ensure they are properly recorded.

Prepare budget forecasts and financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).

Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings in a timely manner.

Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.

Ensure timely bank payments and manage payroll processing.

Compute taxes and prepare tax returns (Zakat, VAT, WHT) in compliance with Saudi Arabian law.

Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements.

Audit financial transactions and documents to ensure compliance with internal controls.

Reinforce financial data confidentiality and maintain database backups.

Qualifications and Skills:

Availability: MUST be currently located in Saudi Arabia and hold a valid transferable Iqama.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant field.

Experience: Proven experience of 2-5 years as an Accountant, preferably within the Saudi Arabian market.

Technical Skills:

Strong knowledge of VAT, Zakat, and Saudi tax regulations.

Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Oracle, SAP, Zoho Books) and MS Excel.

Fluency in English is required. Arabic is a significant advantage.

Soft Skills: High integrity, strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
