Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable South Indian Cook to manage daily meal preparation for a group of 20 individuals on Hawar Island. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in traditional South Indian cuisine, capable of handling bulk cooking, and committed to maintaining hygiene and taste consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

– Prepare and serve South Indian meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) for 20 people daily

– Plan weekly menus with variety and nutritional balance

– Manage kitchen inventory, grocery planning, and timely procurement

– Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen

– Ensure food is prepared and served on schedule

– Accommodate dietary preferences and restrictions when required

Requirements:

– Proven experience as a South Indian cook (minimum 2 years preferred)

– Ability to cook in large quantities without compromising quality

– Familiarity with vegetarian and non-vegetarian South Indian dishes

– Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene practices

– Willingness to relocate to Hawar Island

– Basic communication skills in Tamil, Malayalam, & Hindi
