We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Data Entry Operator to join our team. The candidate should be able to handle day-to-day data entry tasks, create and record invoices, and maintain accurate accounting records.
Key Responsibilities:
• Enter and update daily sales, purchase, and expense data in the system.
• Create and record invoices in Zoho Books / Excel (or other accounting software).
• Maintain and reconcile customer and supplier accounts.
• Record and track payments, receipts, and outstanding balances.
• Maintain proper filing of financial and operational documents.
• Support the accounting team in preparing monthly reports when required.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in data entry or accounting support.
• Familiarity with invoicing and basic accounting.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel or accounting software (Zoho Books preferred).
• Accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Location: Sanaiya, Riyadh
• Salary: basic- 1700+ 300sr allowance total: 2000sr
• Language: English (Arabic is a plus)
Indian national preferred.
