Customer service and sales
Greet customers as they enter the store and make them feel welcome.
Assist customers in finding products and answering their questions about features, pricing, and policies.
Recommend products, explain sales and promotions, and upsell where appropriate.
Process sales transactions accurately, including cash, card, and digital payments.
Handle customer returns and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Store maintenance and operations
Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor.
Restock shelves and ensure products are correctly displayed.
Assist with inventory management, such as receiving shipments and conducting stock counts.
Support loss prevention efforts by monitoring the sales floor.
Teamwork and goals
Collaborate with team members to meet store sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
Communicate customer feedback to management.
Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company promotions.
