About the Role:

We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Electrical Sales & Tendering Engineers in Electrical background to join our growing team. The ideal candidates should have a strong technical background combined with commercial acumen to support our Sales and tendering activities in Electrical, Industrial, etc.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle client inquiries promptly and professionally, providing accurate information and effective solutions.

Manage and process purchase orders, ensuring timely execution and delivery.

Conduct regular client visits to maintain strong business relationships and understand client needs.

Drive business development initiatives to identify new opportunities and expand the client base.

Track and follow up on client inquiries to successfully convert them into confirmed orders.

Monitor and follow up on invoices, pending payments, and manage client advance payments efficiently.

Oversee after-sales support and collect customer feedback to ensure satisfaction and continuous improvement.

Act as a key communication bridge between management and clients to ensure smooth coordination and service delivery.

Study and analyse tender documents and technical specifications.

Prepare competitive and compliant bid proposals.

Coordinate with internal teams for costing, design, and documentation.

Ensure timely submission of bids and track tender results.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical / Sales related field).

• 0–10 years of relevant experience in Sales in Electrical and/or Tendering in Electrical.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Age must be below 40 years.
