We’re Hiring: Business Development Manager – Facility Management

Are you a dynamic professional with a passion for driving growth and building lasting partnerships?

Join our expanding team as a Business Development Manager and play a key role in shaping the future of Facility Management across Saudi Arabia.

Your Role

Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in Facility Management across multiple regions in the Kingdom.

Establish and maintain strong client relationships with consultants, developers, and key decision-makers.

Prepare competitive proposals, handle RFQs/RFPs, and lead negotiations.

Collaborate with operations and technical teams to deliver value-driven solutions.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the FM sector.

Requirements

Minimum 5+ years of experience in Business Development within Facility Management or related industries.

Proven experience in Saudi Arabia, with a strong network across different regions (Central, Eastern, and Western Provinces).

Excellent understanding of FM services, tendering, and contract management.

Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is an added advantage.
