We’re looking for a skilled, reliable Plumber to join our Operations and Maintenance (O&M) team. You’ll be the hero preventing minor drips from becoming major disasters across our diverse portfolio of commercial and residential properties.

The Gig (What You’ll Be Doing):

Installation & Repair: Install, repair, and maintain pipes, fittings, and plumbing fixtures (sinks, toilets, water heaters, etc.) in various facilities.

Preventative Maintenance: Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on plumbing systems to ensure optimal performance and code compliance.

Troubleshooting: Diagnose and fix complex issues, including drain blockages, leaks, and system malfunctions, often under pressure.

Compliance & Safety: Adhere strictly to all relevant plumbing codes, regulations, and safety standards. Safety first—we’d like to keep the water in the pipes and the team out of harm’s way.

Documentation: Accurately document all work performed, including materials used and time spent on the job.

What You Bring to the Table (Qualifications):

Experience: 3 years of verifiable experience as a commercial or residential Plumber.

Knowledge: Deep understanding of water distribution and wastewater disposal systems.

Skills: Proficient in the use of plumbing tools and equipment (snakes, cameras, soldering torches, etc.).

Communication: Excellent communication skills—you’ll be interacting with clients, tenants, and other tradespeople.

Bonus Points: Experience with HVAC or industrial plumbing systems.
