We are looking for a highly skilled Japanese Head Chef to lead our kitchen.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the preparation and presentation of all Japanese dishes (sushi, sashimi, teppanyaki, etc.)
Develop innovative menus while maintaining authenticity and quality standards
Manage and train kitchen staff to ensure excellence and consistency
Control food cost, quality, and kitchen operations efficiently
Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and food standards
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef specializing in Japanese cuisine
Strong leadership, creativity, and attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
Knowledge of traditional and modern Japanese cooking techniques
