We are looking for QAQC Manager with following responsibilities:

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead and manage the QA/QC team to achieve objectives defined in Quality Policy & Quality Manual

• Implement and maintain Integrated QMS for ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001

• Continual review and update QMS documents including Quality Policy, Quality Manual, SOPs etc.

• Ensure that the IQMS procedures and policies are in compliance with industry standards and regulations.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues and implement corrective actions.

• Conduct internal audits to assess the effectiveness of quality control system and identify areas for improvement.

• Develop and handle the PQP (Project Quality Plan) submission

• Develop and implement project level Quality systems, procedures, and related quality activities

• Participate in customer meetings and handle all quality related matters for all Projects.

• In coordination with Operations, Prepare, review submit & implement Operational Procedures including ITP, WPS, PQR etc.

• Prepare and submit Monthly Quality Management Report (QMR).

• Provide leadership, guidance and training to Quality personnel;

• Monitor performance of Quality personnel.

• Identify skills, training, and capabilities needed for Quality activities

• Monitor and evaluate supplier performance to ensure adherence to quality standards.

• Other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate

QUALIFICATIONS/ TRAINING COURSES

• Bachelor’s degree in Elec/Mech/E&I engineering discipline.

• Masters Degree is an advantage

ISO 9001:2015 certified lead auditor

Certification in OHSA & NEBOSH will be an advantage

KNOWLEDGE/ SKILLS/ EXPERIENCE

• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and basic Arabic

• Strong leadership and management skills.

• problem solving, and risk assessment skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products, including Word, Excel, Power point etc.,

• supervisory and leadership skills combined with the ability to delegate.

• Excellent computer skills

Experience:

• At least 15+ years of QMS related work experience including 5 years’ experience as QA/QC Manager.

• Experienced in preparing IAP, ITP, raising and closing RFI…

• Extensive experience needed in project closure with Aramco and obtaining IRN.

• Experience working with SAMSS, SAES, SAEP, SATIP and Sch. Q requirements

• Sound knowledge of ASME, API, UL, AWS, ASNT ASTM, AISC, IEC, NEMA standards
