We are Looking QC RTR Inspectors (UG Piping) (Minimum 7 Years expr)

Role & Responsibility :

Responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of piping systems installed underground.

Inspection:

Conducting thorough inspections of underground piping systems, including RTR pipes, to identify any defects or non-conformities.

Material Verification:

Ensuring that all materials used (pipes, fittings, etc.) meet the required specifications and standards.

Welding Inspection:

Verifying the quality of welds, ensuring they are performed according to approved procedures and standards.

Fabrication and Installation:

Overseeing the fabrication and installation of piping systems to ensure proper alignment, support, and adherence to project drawings.

Documentation:

Maintaining accurate records of inspections, tests, and any non-conformities found during the process.

Reporting:

Preparing detailed reports on inspection findings and communicating any issues to relevant parties.

Compliance:

Ensuring that all work is carried out in accordance with relevant codes, standards, and project specifications.

Coordination:

Collaborating with other team members, including engineers, welders, and NDT technicians, to ensure smooth project execution.

Eligibility Criterion / Requirement

Essential Qualifications:

· Aramco Approval:

Certification as a QC RTR Inspector by Saudi Aramco is a crucial requirement.

· Experience:

A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in RTR piping inspection for Saudi Aramco projects.

· Education:

A diploma or bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering is often preferred.

· Knowledge of Standards:

Familiarity with ISO, ASME, ASTM, and SAES standards is essential.

· NDT Knowledge:

Understanding of Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) methods like radiography (RT), penetrant testing (PT), and magnetic particle inspection (MPI) is beneficial.

· Communication Skills:

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities are necessary for effective collaboration.

· Documentation Skills:

Strong documentation and reporting skills are required for maintaining accurate records.

· Technical Skills:

Proficiency in inspecting RTR pipe lamination, wrapping, and installation procedures.

Qualification : ‘High School/University/Diploma

Professional Qualification : Only requirement is the “RTR Inspector Certificate Valid” holder issued from any major manufacturer or certification authority.

Expertise / Skill : ‘Inspector shall demonstrate a thorough working knowledge and proven ability of all phases and types of critical coating applications and Certified by Aramco and knowledgeable in relevant standards like ISO, ASME, ASTM, and SAES. Their duties include inspecting materials, welding, fabrication, and installation processes to ensure they meet project specifications and safety standards. .

Reference (Experience): ‘The candidate shall have a university degree and a total of seven (3 to 5) years of experience as RTR Inspector, As minimum, the Contract Scope of WORK (e.g.; oil, gas and petrochemical projects, Infrastructure, communication).
