Position: Sales Executive – Building Materials

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to handle sales of building materials in the Riyadh region. The candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets in line with company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell a wide range of building materials (cement, steel, pipes, paints, waterproofing, insulation, etc.) to contractors, builders, and construction companies.

Identify and develop new clients and projects within the assigned territory.

Visit project sites, contractors, and consultants to promote products and generate inquiries.

Prepare and follow up on quotations, negotiate prices, and close sales deals.

Ensure timely collection of payments and monitor client accounts.

Conduct regular market visits to assess customer needs, competition, and new trends.

Coordinate with internal teams for product availability, delivery, and customer service.

Submit daily/weekly sales reports and updates to management.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or diploma (preferred).

2–5 years of sales experience in building materials or construction products in Saudi Arabia.

Strong client network in the Riyadh region is an advantage.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Valid Saudi driving license and transferable Iqama.

Fluency in Arabic and/or English.
