المهام والمسؤوليات الرئيسية:

• الإدارة الشاملة لجميع أنشطة الموقع الإنشائي، من مرحلة التخطيط والتنفيذ وحتى التسليم.

• ضمان تنفيذ المشروع وفقًا للمخططات والمواصفات الفنية والجداول الزمنية المعتمدة.

• الإشراف على فرق العمل (مهندسين، مشرفين، عمال) وتوجيههم لضمان تحقيق أهداف المشروع بكفاءة.

• إدارة الموارد في الموقع، بما في ذلك المواد والمعدات والقوى العاملة.

• تطبيق ومراقبة معايير الجودة والسلامة المهنية في جميع مراحل العمل.

• إعداد التقارير الدورية عن سير العمل ورفعها للإدارة العليا.

المؤهلات والمتطلبات:

• بكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية أو ما يعادلها.

• خبرة عملية لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في إدارة المواقع الإنشائية.

• خبرة مثبتة في مشاريع البنية التحتية (مثل الطرق، الجسور، شبكات المياه والصرف الصحي، وغيرها).

• شخصية قيادية قوية مع مهارات ممتازة في التواصل وإدارة الفرق.

• إجادة تامة للغة الإنجليزية (تحدثًا وكتابةً).

مؤهلات إضافية (تعتبر ميزة):

• خبرة سابقة في تنفيذ مشاريع تابعة للهيئة الملكية أو جهات حكومية كبرى.

• شهادات مهنية معتمدة في إدارة المشاريع (مثل PMP).

About the Company: A leading, first-class contracting company specializing in large-scale infrastructure projects is seeking to hire a highly qualified Site Manager to join its team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all construction site activities, from the planning and execution phases through to project handover.

• Ensure project execution aligns with approved plans, technical specifications, and timelines.

• Supervise and lead site teams (engineers, supervisors, and labor) to efficiently achieve project goals.

• Manage on-site resources, including materials, equipment, and manpower.

• Implement and enforce quality control and occupational health and safety standards throughout all work stages.

• Prepare and submit regular progress reports to senior management.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

• A minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in construction site management.

• Proven track record in infrastructure projects (e.g., roads, bridges, water/sewage networks, etc.).

• Strong leadership qualities with excellent communication and team management skills.

• Full professional proficiency in English (both spoken and written).

Preferred Qualifications (A Plus):

• Previous experience with projects for the Royal Commission or other major governmental entities.

• Professional certifications in Project Management (e.g., PMP).
