We’re Hiring: Regional Visual Merchandiser Manager (Fashion Retail)

???? Location: Riyadh & Jeddah, KSA

???? Salary: Up to 18,000 SAR (Full Package)

???? Experience: 3–5 Years (Fashion Retail / FMCG preferred)

???? Status: Iqama Transferable (No Huroob)

???? Preferred Candidates: Filipino with fashion retail background

Note: Driving license preferred but not mandatory and please don’t apply if you don’t have the right qualification and experience.

Role Overview:

As a Regional Visual Merchandiser Manager, you will manage product visibility, stock levels, and retail execution across multiple outlets in your region. You’ll ensure brand standards are maintained, sales targets are achieved, and market insights are collected to drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Implement merchandising strategies and visual displays in retail outlets

✅ Monitor stock levels and coordinate with supply chain for timely replenishment

✅ Analyze sales performance and provide actionable insights to regional managers

✅ Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with brand guidelines

✅ Train and support store staff on merchandising standards and promotions

✅ Prepare reports on market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback

✅ Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to execute campaigns

Qualifications & Requirements:

???? Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Retail Management, or related field

???? 3–5 years of experience in merchandising, retail operations, or FMCG

???? Strong knowledge of retail standards, visual merchandising, and inventory management

???? Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

???? Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with retail management software is a plus

???? Valid driving license preferred for regional travel
