Sales Engineer – Searching for new clients who might benefit from company products or services and maximizing client potential in designated regions/segments
– Developing long-term relationships with clients through managing and interpreting their requirements.
– Persuading clients that a product or service best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price, and delivery.
– Managing client quotations and administering client accounts.
– Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education, and after-sales support services.
– Negotiating contract terms & conditions to meet client expectations according to company policy.
– Analyzing & optimizing costs to increase sales.
– Preparing reports as stipulated.
– Maintaining Enquiry database and monitoring Systems.
– Availing product training for the enhancement of product knowledge.
– Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product meets client needs.
– Providing training and producing support material for other members of the sales team.
– Visiting all prospective customers and Continuous Follow up with customers.
– Expected Deliverables
– Achieve Annual Sales Targets with the Timescale keeping in view Sales and
– Revenue Requirements.
– An Annual Business plan for sales.
– Successfully implemented business programs resulting in an annual enhancement of sales.
– Satisfied customers resulting from successfully implemented solutions.
– Up-to-date processes, procedures, and organizational development and evolution.
