A leading provider of industrial and marine supplies, is expanding its team! We are hiring for the following positions:
1. Office Secretary
Manage correspondence, filing, scheduling, and general administrative duties
Coordinate office activities and support management
Good communication skills in English; Arabic an advantage
Strong MS Office skills required
Prior experience in an office environment preferred
2. Local Purchaser
Responsible for sourcing and purchasing materials, products, and services for the company
Negotiate with suppliers and maintain relationships to ensure the best quality and pricing
Manage inventory and prepare purchase orders
Minimum 2 years’ experience in purchasing (industrial/technical field preferred) in eastern region
Valid Saudi driving license required
3. Sales Executive
Develop new business and maintain existing customer relationships
Prepare quotations and follow up on sales leads
Achieve sales targets and report on market trends
Technical knowledge of industrial or marine supplies preferred
Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
Fluent in English; Arabic an advantage
General Requirements
Transferable Iqama (for non-Saudis)
Good computer and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Location: Khobar, Eastern Province
