We are looking for a motivated and proactive IT Support Specialist to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of hands-on experience in providing technical support, managing day-to-day IT operations, and ensuring smooth functioning of hardware, software, and user systems across the organization.
This role requires a highly organized multitasker with strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication abilities in both Arabic and English.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide first-line technical support to end users (onsite and remote).
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to hardware, software, printers, and network connectivity.
• Assist with installation, configuration, and maintenance of computers, operating systems, and business applications.
• Create and manage support tickets; ensure timely resolution and follow-up.
• Support IT team in implementing new systems, updates, and rollouts.
• Maintain asset records and IT documentation.
• Ensure adherence to IT security and data protection policies.
• Assist in onboarding new employees (accounts, email setup, devices, etc.).
• Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff as needed.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant IT support experience.
• Strong understanding of computer hardware, Windows operating systems, and common business software (Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, etc.).
• Basic knowledge of network troubleshooting (LAN/Wi-Fi, IP configuration, etc.).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Arabic and English.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to work under pressure.
• Self-motivated, reliable, and eager to learn new technologies.
• Team player with a proactive and positive attitude.
Preferred Skills (Plus):
• Experience with ticketing systems or helpdesk tools.
• Familiarity with cloud-based platforms (Microsoft 365 / Intune / SharePoint).
• Basic knowledge of cybersecurity practices.
