Dear All
We are looking for Fixed Assets Administrator
Duties and responsibilities of Fixed Asset Administrator:
Track the Fixed Assets and maintain record of physical location.
•
Check the FA Once ever six months minimum.
•
Responsible for maintenance & repair of fixed Assets
•
Responsible for fixing FA tags.
•
Responsible for Registration, periodic inspection etc. of Vehicles and Heavy equipment.
•
Responsible for keeping track of maintenance cost of FA.
•
Responsible for recommending disposal of FA when it become obsolete, not use worthy or incurs high maintenance cost as per company policy.
•
Responsible for doing Fixed Assets transfer from location to location and from cost center to cost center.
•
Jointly conduct Annual Fixed Asset Inventory with FA Accountant
Qualifications / Certifications required:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline or Diploma in Technical College
• Minimum 2 years of related experience.
Knowledge of quality management systems and relevant ISO standards
• Competent in Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and MS project)
Proficiency in SAP or similar material management software
Experience:
Minimum three years’ experience in Inventory and Assets Management. Experience in Facility Assets Management Understanding of local regulations in Vehicles / Equipment registration and Maintenance. Experience in maintenance / repair handling of vehicles, equipment and facilities is an added advantage.
