Position: Store Supervisor
Company: Rapidline Logistics (for Ninja Operations)
Location: Riyadh
About the Role:
We are looking for a responsible and energetic Store Supervisor to manage Ninja store operations. The ideal candidate will oversee daily activities, coordinate with riders, and ensure smooth and timely deliveries.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise store operations and rider activities.
Ensure timely dispatch of orders.
Monitor attendance, breaks, and performance of riders.
Handle area assignment and resolve rider-related issues.
Maintain discipline and ensure company policies are followed.
Requirements:
Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or store management (preferred).
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to manage teams and handle pressure.
Basic computer skills (Excel/Email).
Flexible with shifts.
