***We are offering Position “Operation Manager” Healthcare Field***

#) Education and Experience:-

Education: A bachelor’s degree is the minimum requirement, often in healthcare administration, business, nursing, or a life science like biology or chemistry. Or a master’s degree, such as an MBA.

1)Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in a relevant field is common, Must Medical Insurance Knowledge in Saudi Arabia.

2)Relevant experience: Operations management in a healthcare or medical setting

Clinical research in the pharmaceutical industry

#)Required skills:-

1)Leadership and management: Strong leadership, team development, and the ability to foster a productive and cohesive work environment.

2)Communication: Excellent oral and written communication skills for interacting with staff, and external partners.(Language know as Arabic & English Highly preferable)

3)Technical skills: Computer literacy, especially with software like Microsoft office.

4) GCC Driving License preferable.
