We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about coffee, takes pride in crafting high-quality beverages, and creates a warm, welcoming experience for every guest. Key Responsibilities: – Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold drinks, including espresso-based beverages, teas, and specialty drinks. – Maintain detailed knowledge of the menu and be able to make recommendations. – Operate coffee machines, grinders, blenders, and other café equipment safely and efficiently. – Ensure consistency in drink quality, presentation, and taste. – Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and process payments using POS systems. – Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, including the counter, equipment, and seating areas. – Restock ingredients, supplies, and merchandise as needed. – Follow all health, safety, and hygiene regulations. – Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations. – Provide excellent customer service and handle customer concerns with professionalism and care. Qualifications and skills: – Previous experience as a barista or in a customer service role (preferred). – Knowledge of coffee brewing methods and latte art. – Strong communication and interpersonal skills. – Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. – Attention to detail and commitment to product quality. – Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset. – Basic math and cash-handling skills. – Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Physical Requirements: – Ability to stand for extended periods.
