التقدم الى  Quality Assurance Specialist in Riyadh

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Information Technology, Computer

Science, Information Security, or Project Management.

 Minimum of Three (3) years of experience in a quality assurance role, preferably in

IT or security projects.

 Experience in quality control procedures and project management methodologies.

 Experience with the physical security system standards and regulations.

 Strong understanding of physical security system operation and maintenance

procedures.

 Identifying areas for process improvement, suggesting and implementing

enhancements to QA procedures and practices

 Providing guidance and support to team members on QA best practices, tools, and

techniques.

 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with client,

technicians, engineers, and project managers

 Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project

management tools

 Can speak and write fluently in English

 Plan, execute, and oversee the physical security products inspection and testing for

quality and conformance to specifications and deliverables

 Tracking, documenting, and reporting quality levels as well as the physical security

KPIs

 Investigate reports of the physical security products quality issues and ensure

resolution in accordance with company guidelines and regulatory requirements

 Develop/Update procedures for capture, investigation, and documentation of

product complaints

 Follows all prescribed safety and security procedures.

 Performs all other related duties as assign

 Follows all CUSTOMER related policies and procedure.
