We are seeking dynamic and technically skilled Sales Engineers (Internal & External) to join our growing team. You will play a key role in supporting clients with innovative telecom solutions — from initial inquiry to final implementation.
Key Responsibilities
Internal Sales Engineer:
Handle inbound sales inquiries and prepare quotations/proposals.
Support field sales teams with technical documentation and product specifications.
Manage customer accounts and follow up on project progress.
Maintain CRM records and coordinate with engineering & logistics teams.
External Sales Engineer:
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the telecom market.
Conduct client visits, presentations, and technical demonstrations.
Prepare and deliver customized telecom solutions that meet client needs.
Negotiate contracts and manage the sales process to successful closure.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
2+ years’ experience in sales engineering, telecom, or IT infrastructure.
Strong technical knowledge of networking, fiber optics, wireless, or VoIP solutions.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and customer-focused.
