Roles & Responsibilites
Generating New Business: Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, including project and Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) sales.
Meeting Targets: Creating and implementing sales strategies to meet or exceed personal and team sales goals.
Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, contractors (MEP), consultants, and other decision-makers.
Networking and Representation: Creating a professional network and representing the company at industry events and trade shows to raise visibility.
Negotiation and Closing: Overseeing the sales cycle from initial inquiry to contract negotiation and closing sales deals.
Technical Expertise and Solution Design
Site Assessments: Conducting site visits and technical assessments to evaluate specific project requirements and potential fire hazards.
Interpreting Requirements: Understanding customer needs and design specifications to provide tailored fire protection proposals.
Preparing Proposals: Preparing accurate cost estimates, technical proposals, quotations, and documentation.
Presentations and Demonstrations: Delivering technical presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, explaining complex technical concepts clearly.
Ensuring Compliance: Possessing in-depth knowledge of relevant fire safety standards and local regulations (e.g., NFPA, local fire codes) to ensure proposed solutions are compliant.
