Provide comprehensive cost estimates for commercial and industrial projects.

Analyze project requirements, specifications, and scope of work to identify all costs.

Monitor project stages to ensure costs remain in line with forecasts.

Compile project cost data and maintain records of estimated versus actual costs.

Assist in project budgeting and scheduling.

Perform hydraulic calculations, including pipe and pump sizing, to ensure system effectiveness.

Develop basic designs, including riser diagrams, and prepare tender and design drawings.

Conduct value engineering to identify cost-saving opportunities.

Prepare bill of quantities (BOQ) and other tender package documents.

Utilize Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software to create and review drawings.

Ensure designs comply with relevant building codes, standards, and regulations

Communicate with managers, clients, contractors, and architects.

Collaborate to prepare bids for new contracts and support procurement activities.

Participate in meetings and prepare reports and presentations.
