HSE Officer Requirements (Indian Nationals Only)
Nationality:
Indian Only
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering / Environmental Science.
NEBOSH IGC / IOSH / OSHA Certification (mandatory).
Additional HSE certifications (First Aid, Fire Warden, Risk Assessment) preferred.
Experience:
Minimum 3–5 years experience in construction / oil & gas / industrial projects.
Must have good knowledge of safety standards and procedures.
Experience in conducting toolbox talks, safety audits, and inspections.
Skills:
Strong knowledge of hazard identification and risk control.
Excellent communication and reporting skills.
Ability to train and guide workers on safety practices.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Responsibilities:
Ensure all site activities follow safety policies and regulations.
Conduct regular safety inspections and submit reports.
Investigate and report accidents or incidents.
Maintain all safety records and documentation.
Promote safety awareness among all workers.
