التقدم الى MEP Supervisor / Engineer (Residential & Commercial Building Project)

Key Responsibilities: Supervise and manage all Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP) works on site. Review and coordinate MEP drawings with civil and architectural works. Monitor subcontractors’ performance and ensure adherence to project specifications. Prepare daily and weekly progress reports. Coordinate with consultants, suppliers, and contractors for timely project execution. Oversee systems such as HVAC (Ducted / Split Units), water pumps, fire-fighting, CCTV, and electrical installations. Requirements: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. Minimum 5 years of experience in residential or commercial building projects within Oman. Proficient in AutoCAD and shop drawings. Strong site supervision and team management skills. Must have valid Oman residence or transferable visa.
