Finance Lead – Join a Leading Fintech Company We are looking for a Finance Lead to take full ownership of our company’s accounting and financial operations. The ideal candidate is an experienced professional with a strong background in banking, fintech, or financial institutions, capable of managing everything from daily accounting tasks to strategic financial planning. Key Responsibilities: Oversee all accounting operations (GL, AP, AR, payroll, reconciliations). Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Manage budgets, forecasts, and cash flow. Ensure compliance with tax and financial standards. Coordinate audits and liaise with banks and external auditors. Improve accounting systems and internal controls. Provide financial insights to support company growth. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA, ACCA, or CMA preferred). Minimum 10 years of experience in banking or fintech. Strong technical and analytical skills. Ability to manage the full finance cycle independently. Proficiency with ERP/accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, Zoho Books, etc.).
