Job Description:

We are looking for a Procurement Officer to join our team in Jazan. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing purchasing activities, vendor coordination, and ensuring timely delivery of materials and equipment required for our ongoing projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and evaluate suppliers for materials, equipment, and subcontract services.

• Prepare and issue purchase orders as per company policies.

• Negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules.

• Coordinate with project and site teams to ensure material availability.

• Maintain proper documentation and records for all procurement transactions.

• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in procurement, preferably in construction or EPC companies.

• Strong negotiation and communication skills.

• Proficiency in Arabic language preferred.

• Good knowledge of SAP/ERP or similar procurement systems.

• Must be currently available in Saudi Arabia with transferable Iqama.
